“Every moment of your life is infinitely creative and the Universe is endlessly bountiful. Just put forth a clear enough request, and everything your heart desires must come to you.”

Most recently, Kristen was social media reporter/anchor for the #1 news source in Los Angeles, KABC-TV. While there, Kristen pitched, wrote, produced and presented an inside look at the top trending stories people couldn’t get enough of online.

Prior to joining the ABC 7 eyewitness news morning team in Los Angeles, Kristen was anchor, writer, and producer for the live nationally syndicated morning TV series, “The Daily Buzz”, where she covered top headlines like Ebola in America and the shooting of unarmed teen Michael Brown.

Before “The Daily Buzz”, Kristen was the wildly popular host of Yahoo!’s “omg! NOW”, which was the most-watched original web series online. Other credits include correspondent to “The Insider” on CBS, host of the “Ram Country Report” for Yahoo! Music, anchor of AXS TV’s live specials “Super Party” and “Countdown to Jazz Fest”, as well as a longtime contributor for SHAPE Magazine.

She also covered college football as co-host of “ESPN Road Trip”, which spotlighted some of the best revelries and rivalries surrounding the big game.

Kristen began her broadcasting career in her hometown of St. Paul, Minnesota as a reporter for the NBC affiliate, KARE 11. When she’s not busy working, she loves binge-watching Netflix, sweating up a storm at Pilates, finding fun DIY projects, and hanging out with her two dogs in West Hollywood.
