Wow! I can’t believe 2011 is coming to a close, but I’m SO over-the-moon excited for more incredible adventures ahead in 2012.  It’s been such a wonderful journey hosting for a multitude of amazing projects so far, and I’m so incredibly thankful and grateful.

From reporting on the latest celebrity news and fashion trends to supercharged engines and college football, what a blast it’s been! Here’s some highlights from my recent hosting work, including “omg! NOW” on Yahoo!, “RAM Country” on Yahoo! I was recently up for the new reporter role on ABC’s “Wipeout”. For the network callback, we had to shoot a woman-on-the-street video showcasing our mic and improv skills. I was up for the task!

So…what started out with security guards telling us we couldn’t film at the promenade without a permit (I admit, I did flash a few smiles of persuasion to be able to shoot for just a wee-bit…) ended with those same security guards hugging us, saying we should come back more often because we brought so many smiles to people’s faces that day.  Awesome – that’s what it’s all about! That’s why I love to do what I do.

I am a huge fan of college football — so naturally, you can imagine how pumped I was to actually get paid to hang out at the biggest games across the U.S. What an insane time we had!

ESPN Road Trip was less about x’s and o’s, and more about the experience: the revelries, the rivalries, and the traditions of college football. The tailgates, the fans, the sideline action – you can’t beat it!

From riding the Sooner Schooner to becoming the 2nd woman in history to fire off Smokey the Cannon during the Red River Rivalry (I don’t know who was the first…I’m just siked to be the 2nd) what a fun experience. We were even lucky enough to do some funny bits with the likes of legendary coach Vince Dooley, Lance Armstrong and Lee Corso. Here’s some of the highlights of our “Road Trip”.
